DAC 2017 Exhibitors
  • Organizations will set up their exhibits on Thursday afternoon, June 15, in order to be ready for registration starting at 4:00 pm at Denver First Church of the Nazarene. At this point, we believe exhibit tables will be located in the Atrium lobby and the Diehl Coffee Shop areas of the church. You can access this area beginning at 1:00 pm.
  • Booths must remain up through Friday night, June 16. If you would want your exhibit up for the Saturday morning service and Ordination service, we will need to place you in the Diehl Coffee Shop area. Please request this area. All others will need to come down Friday night after the service.
  • We will use tables for displays around the walls at First Church. This is all set in the same area as 1) Registration and close to 2) DFC’s Coffee Shop.
  • To accommodate all exhibits/exhibitors, we are placing tables in what we consider to be a high traffic area where delegates and attendees will have to move through for various DAC activities and events.
  • The district office will make paper signs for those confirmed by Wednesday, June 7, to Mickey Cox. All exhibitor tables will have a designated location.
  • Any specific requirements for an electrical outlet, etc., will need to be requested and approved ahead of time. Please email Rev. Mickey Cox at MCox@conazarene.org.
  • MISSION ADVANCE is the theme for the District Assembly Conference this year. If you can do anything that relates to this theme, it would be appreciated.
  • YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY AT OUR COLORADO DISTRICT WEBSITE AT http://www.conazarene.org/dac-2017/  by Friday June 9.
